This charming, adults-only house offers a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, dinette, reading room and great room with an enormous fireplace stocked with wood for crackling morning fires. It sleeps 4 adults with 1 queen and 1 double bed. Full bath on the first floor and half bath on the second floor.

The 15 acres of private land offers beach access by foot or 4WD vehicle to the rocky shoreline that – for added privacy – abuts a nature conservation area. No pets, please. There is no WiFi in this cottage, but nearby cellular towers provide phone service and data access. After all, the goal is to unplug and unwind while you take in the beautiful views of Passamaquoddy Bay. Kingsbury Cottage is available for weekly rentals May through mid-October.
